After trying and testing several tools for Office 365 cross-tenant migration, we finally settled on MailsDaddy Cross-Tenant Migration Service, and I can confidently say it was the smoothest IT migration I’ve overseen.

We needed to migrate over 200 users from one M365 tenant to another, including mailboxes, calendars, archive data, and OneDrive. The complexity was further increased because both tenants had different domain setups, user names, and retention policies.

MailsDaddy’s platform handled all of it effortlessly. The user mapping feature was flexible, allowing us to align source and destination mailboxes manually or using a CSV upload. We could also filter out old emails using the date-based migration feature, which sped up the process.
