Swapon wants to ensure that the our site is clean, friendly and as usable as possible for everyone.
Swapon reserve the right to refuse or delete content if the ad is violating our Terms & Conditions & listing policy.
Swapon is for individuals and businesses.
Swapon reserves the right to remove any ad that If it feels is not relevant with or without notice to the ad poster.
You should agree to the Terms & Conditions of Swapon :-
(A) Ads should not contain these contents otherwise be deleted immediately :-
(1) If the language of the ad is Inappropriate.
(2) If the photo and image of the ad is Inappropriate.
(3) If the ad is posted for discrimination on race,religion,nationality and gender etc.
(4) If the ad is posted for selling or offering services for supplements,medicines or pharmaceuticals.
(5) If the ad is posted for selling body parts,bodly fluids,adoption etc.
(6) Any duplicate ad or ad has been posted under the wrong category will be deleted.
(7) Ads posted in a language other than English. Swapon only accept ads in English.
(8) Overseas ads are not accepted.
(9) Ad should not contain any faulty information.
(10) If the ad is not descriptive and does not contain enough detail.Then,these ads will be removed as these ads provides bad browsing experience.
(B) If you don't agree to the Terms & Conditions you may not use the Swapon website.
(1) Not to violate any laws which applies to Indian Jurisdiction.
(2) Not to violate the listing policy.
(3) Not to post any Threatening,Abusive or Indecent material which applies to Indian Jurisdiction.
(4) Not to be False or Misleading any third-party right.
(5) Not to distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Swapon or the interests or property of Swapon users.
(6) Not to impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of Swapon.
(7) Not to copy, modify, or distribute any other person’s content without their consent.
(8) Not to harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.
(9) You are solely responsible for all information that you have submitted to Swapon and any consequences that may result from your post.
(10) Swapon reserves the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that Swapon believe is inappropriate or breaches the above Terms & Conditions.
(11) Swapon also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a users usage of the site either temporarily or permanently or refuse a user registration.
(C) Please report if there is any problem.
(1) Offensive content and policy that violates to Swapon.
(2) Swapon may issue warnings or remove contents from the site, if Swapon think they are creating any problems or not acting in accordance to our policies.
(3) Swapon does not accept any liability for monitoring or unauthorised or unlawful content on our Swapon website or use of our Swapon website by users.
(4) You may be responsible for ensuring that your ads does not violate the policies of our site.
(5) Your ad may be removed if it is reported to be removed on our sites, or if Swapon believe it causes any problems or violates any law or policy.
(D) Swapon may also introduce paid or premium service for ad posting for which Swapon charge a fee for certain categories.
(1) If the service you use incurs a fee, you will be able to review and accept terms & conditions that will be clearly disclosed at the time you post your ad.
(2) Our fees are charged in local currency and they may change from time to time.
(3) Swapon is not responsible for any additional charges/money transfer fee charged by your bank/building society.
(4) Any changes to our fee policy will be posted on the site.
(5) Fees may change temporarily for promotional events or new services and these changes become effective once it is announced.
(6) Our fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for paying them when they are due.
(7) If you don’t pay the amount due,then Swapon may limit your access to the services.
(8) If your payment method fails or your account is past due,Swapon may collect the outstanding fees using other collection methods.
(9) Do not post content that violates the rights of third parties.
(10) Contents that violates on intellectual property rights such as Copyrights and Trademarks.
(11) If a party reports to us that the products are voilating on their intellectual property rights will be removed by Swapon.
(12) Nothing in Terms & Conditions shall limit our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation,resulting in death from our negligence or the negligence of our agents or employees.
(13) You agree not to hold us responsible for things other users post or do.
(14) Swapon do not review user postings and are not involved in the actual transactions between users.
(E) Most of the content on Swapon comes from other users.
(1) Swapon do not guarantee the accuracy of postings or user communications or the quality,safety or legality of the goods and services on offer.
(2) Swapon do not accept any liability for the posting of any unlawful information or material of any kind which violates upon the rights of any other person
and represent conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law.
(3) Swapon do not guarantee error-free or secure access to our services or that defects in the service will be corrected.
(4) Swapon will use reasonable efforts to maintain an uninterrupted service.
(5) Swapon cannot guarantee this about the availability of our Swaponbsite's services.
(6) Swapon is not liable for any loss, whether of money,goodwill,reputation,special or consequential damages arising from your use of Swapon website.
