She has undergone regular trainings and certifications under highly acclaimed International Instructors (Micheal.King, Mandeline Black, Paul Thornley) and Training Institutions. She is ACE (American council of exercise) certified, also specialises in Rehabilitation under Ulrik Larsen (Australia). She is the 1st Certified Instructor from INDIA for GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® USA. Monica is well updated in her field to match to International Standards it helps her offer Authentic and Genuine International level Training to her people in her completely equipped Studio.
