Kyptec Automation® offers a high-resolution 50 MM Machine Vision Lens engineered for industrial imaging systems requiring up to 25 megapixel optical resolution and support for a large 1.1-inch image format. The lens uses a standard C-mount interface and provides an F2.8–22 aperture range, giving machine vision engineers flexibility to control exposure, incoming light and depth of field according to the optical requirements of the system.

The 50 MM focal length provides a comparatively narrow angular field of view and increased image scale compared with shorter focal-length lenses when used with the same sensor. This makes it an important option when system geometry requires greater camera-to-object distance or when more of the available sensor resolution needs to be concentrated over a defined object area.
